Happy Anniversary Honey!!

Happy Anniversary to the LOVE OF MY LIFE!!
Brad and I have been married for 2 years today, But we have been together tomorrow for 9 years. It's been a awesome time! I Love him very much.

To live a little, you've got to love a whole lot.
Love turns the ordinary into the extraordinary.
Life is a gift we're given each and every day.
Dream about tomorrow, but live for today.
Don't wait for tomorrow.
Make memories today.
Life is for Living.

Happy Anniversary to you...

However... you may want to rethink making that pork chop recipe...

I think it would have been better if it were not all in the same pot-casserole like-

If I had to do it again... I would cook the pork chops on top of stove, add apples in skillet last to brown a little and serve the stuffing on side.

The way I fixed it in the casserole dish all together made the stuffing too moist and the pork chops took a long time to cook through.

OR... if you had your heart set on casserole type...

I would put it in a very wide and shallow pan and layer it thinly like I first suggested, putting thin layer of apples on bottom, pork chops and then very thin layer of stuffing...

Now that I think of it... maybe pork chops not get cooked well because they were under too much stuffing???

Please let me know how it turns out!

Happy Anniversary!!

Happy Anniversary - 2/9 years that is awesome. We celebrated 11 years in August it is amazing how quick it goes. We recently watched our wedding video and our granddaughter was our flower girl, she was 4 now 15... Cute. Thanks for your encouragement and friendship.
Hugs and Blessings,

Sharon,
Thanks for your visit. Everyone is doing okay as far as I know. My youngest daughter has had a problem for quite a while and is going to the doctor today. I didn't know until yesterday.

Did you figure the years we've been married? 46, can you believe that, seems like yesterday.

Hope everything is going okay with you and your husband.
Love you,
AliceE.
