Happy Thanksgiving to all of YOU!

This is my Thankful Thursday, and my Thanks to my God.
First and foremost I am THANKFUL that God EXISTS!!

With my heart filled with gratitude, I thank You, my God.
I am Thankful for all my Bloggy friends, I am so grateful for all that are in my life. The Blog friendships I have met, Lord the ones that share there journeys to you, and to me, I am Thankful for.

In sharing, I find that my happiness expanded and my sorrow lightened, for this blessing, I am truly grateful.

I rejoice God that Your Son, Jesus, has called each of us from the position of servants to the honor of being His friend. We know this is not a religion, that this is a relationship with you God. And that you Love us unconditionally.
I am thankful for each new challenge, because it will build my strength and character. I am thankful for all my mistakes, they teach me valuable lessons.
I am thankful when I get tired and weary, because it means he has made a difference in me. It's easy to be thankful for the good things. But I am more Thankful for my set backs because these just bring me closer to my Lord, I am most Thankful for.
Gratitude can turn a negative into a positive. Find a way to be thankful for your troubles, and they can become your blessings.
Count your blessings instead of your crosses; Count your gains instead of your losses.

Count your joys instead of your woes; Count your friends instead of your foes.

Count your smiles instead of your tears; Count your courage instead of your fears.
Count your health instead of your wealth; Count on God instead of yourself.

I would like to wish all of my Friends here a Blessed Thanksgiving!
Sing unto the LORD with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp unto our God:
Psalm: 147;7

Autumn leaves are falling,
Pretty colors everywhere.
Thanksgiving day is almost here,

Another day that we may share.

The things we take for granted
Are blessings from above.
The needs He has provided,
Were given to us in love.

Let's give thanks for what we have,
Bow our heads and together pray.
As we join our friends and family,
On this Thanksgiving Day.
I Love You All!

A beautiful post. I am so thankful for all of you that have become so precious to me. I've said several times that when I started the Bible Study with Rachel that I felt I did not have a friend at all, but after starting my own blog I now have a world of friends. For that I thank my Heavenly Father. I, too, thank Him for His unconditional love, His care, His healing and the list goes on and on.
Have a great Thanksgiving,
Luv you,
AliceE.

Hi Sharon,

Thank you for visiting my blog and for you Holy Spirit inspired words. I can't tell you how it blessed me.

I am new to the blogging world and really trying to make a "go" of it. I am loving the opportunity to meet new people, and more so, plug in with fellow believers.

On that note, I love the part of your post where you said this is not a religion, it's a relationship. Amen to that. Sometimes we get so lost in rules and regulations that we forget about our friendship with Jesus. Thank you for your post. It was a blessing.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Keep doing what your doing, it is good for the body of Christ and all who follow your post.

God Bless You my friend. Very inspiring and encouraging post. Very wise words at any time to count our friends not our foes, to count our blessings and not our woes...Praise God from whom all good blessings flow...you said it well that you were grateful for those hard times because they became a training ground and that through gratefulness things change...it may not be our circumstance that changes but it's power and influence over us...
You are Loved.
Be Blessed,
In His Love,
Debrah

I'm a little late in saying "Happy Thanksgiving", but I still wanted to stop by and say it anyway.

It still amazes me how God is using the internet to bring people together. Why this amazes me--I don't know--but it does!!

Turning negatives into positives--think of the endless list of "thankfuls" we could have!!

Hope your day was wonderful and blessed!!

Sharon,
It has been too long since I've been here! I've missed you!
I'm very thankful for your friendship...

I wanted to tell you about Mr. Ed. You probably remember when he was getting the goose corn right out of their dish...well, one of my geese had a sort of stand off with him. I was very worried that it could end in my gooses death. We have a have-a-heart trap, so we put corn inside and trapped Mr. Ed. We moved him safely to another spot, about 8 miles from us. He had water, a food source, and room for shelter there. I cried, but I have to protect my geese. I really loved that little guy, but at least nobody got hurt...
Love, Debra
